At Paradisso Terrenal Resort, we strive to provide our guests with a pleasant and memorable experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a reservation.
Reservation Confirmation
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required payment or deposit. By making a reservation, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
Cancellation and Refunds
- More than 7 days before check-in: Eligible for a full refund of any advance payment, less applicable processing or transaction fees.
- 3–7 days before check-in: Eligible for a 50% refund of the reservation payment.
- Less than 72 hours before check-in: Payments are non-refundable.
- No-show: Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling
Guests may request to reschedule their reservation at least 72 hours before check-in, subject to availability. Any difference in room rates or applicable fees may apply.
Resort-Initiated Cancellations
If Paradisso Terrenal Resort must cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule their stay to a future available date.
Force Majeure
Refunds for cancellations due to natural disasters, severe weather, government travel restrictions, or other events beyond either party’s control will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Whenever possible, we will offer rescheduling instead of cancellation.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–15 business days to appear in your account.
